Enduring Understanding
  • Your community is your life, so make it a good community!

Essential Questions

Over the next few weeks in class, we will look more carefully at the skills involved in team building. Use the Team Building Progression Rubric to help guide your development throughout this unit.

I wonder what ideas come to mind when you consider your understanding of team building? I wonder what connections you can make to others' responses? I wonder what questions come up as you ponder what others have to say about team building?

  1. Team building is very important in all sports. You need to be able to communicate with your team and have a strategy. Additionally, you need to collaborate and be able to organize your team. Your whole team must be totally dedicated and work together. Also, I think the Graded core values are applied in various ways in a team building activity, You have to collaborate, communicate, work together, persevere, and you also have to be a risk taker. One example is in volleyball, you have to communicate with your team to see who will get the ball. Another example is organization in volleyball. You have to rotate, and make sure you know who is getting the ball.

  2. Ms. Arcenas, Honestly I think that this project was really good and it made people think about the essential questions because it is questions that you use to do PHE so I think that it was good to make you think. I think that something you could do next year is give a paper for every one because I think that they would take it more serious.
