  1. What movement skills are needed to play ultimate frisbee successfully?

    In order to play ultimate frisbee successfully you need to be able to run, throw and catch. Thats all you need to know to do. The game involves a lot of all three of those skills.

    1. While observing my classmates play ultimate frisbee I saw them showing all the three skills I wrote in my last comment. I saw especially a lot of throwing. For example I saw some people trying to improve their throwing by going further apart from their partner.
